Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-09-30
ALL ORDERS PLACED AND/OR SUBSCRIPTIONS MADE ON THE SITE IMPLY THE MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE, WITHOUT RESERVATION, BY THE CUSTOMER QUALIFYING AS A CONSUMER, OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND SUBSCRIPTION.1. PURPOSE
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Subscription (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") are entered into between, on the one hand, the company Wizorg LTD, registered under number 12553665, with its registered office at Little Winters Farm Roundbush Road, Layer Marney, Colchester, CO5 9UR, England, and VAT number GB348565072 (hereinafter referred to as "THE COMPANY"), and, on the other hand, the customer qualifying as a consumer (hereinafter collectively referred to as "The Parties" or individually as "The Party").
1.2. These T&C govern transactions made on the website accessible at the following address: https://courrierx.co (hereinafter the "Site") by a consumer customer, including Product Orders and subscription to the Subscription. From the Site, the Customer can benefit from a solution for sending letters.
1.3. These T&C aim to define the conditions under which the Provider provides the following services (the "Services") to Customers:
- Send postal mail using our online application without the need to visit a post office, from a computer or mobile device.
- Create a letter from scratch using our Artifical Intelligence and editing tools.
- Download letters in PDF format.
- Access and use all pre-written letter templates via the Site's library.
- Create and save reusable letter templates in the online application.
- Use your own PDF files by uploading them to the application.
- Schedule delayed mailings by choosing sending dates.
- Add contacts and create contact lists to send mail to multiple recipients at once.
- Check the status of sent mail in the customer area ("In preparation," "In the process of being distributed by postal services," "In correction," "Sent," "Cancelled") and receive notifications via email.
- Obtain the tracking number if the mail is sent as tracked or registered mail.
- Maintain a searchable history of processed mail during the subscription period and one (1) year after.
- Access invoices during the subscription period and one (1) year after.
- Benefit from the preferred subscriber rates displayed on the Site.
- Use the application programming interface (the "API") to submit postal mailing requests from the Customer's own applications, where this feature is available.
They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all services provided by the Provider to Customers. These T&C are systematically communicated to any Customer who requests them. Any order for Services implies the Customer's acceptance of these T&C on the Provider's website. The information in the Provider's catalogs, brochures, and rates is provided for information purposes and may be revised at any time. The Provider is entitled to make any modifications that it deems necessary. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Provider reserves the right to deviate from certain clauses of these T&C, depending on negotiations with the Customer, by establishing, if necessary, specific sales conditions.
1.4 Description of the Service. The Service is a subscription giving access to an online tool to prepare a letter (including an optional AI writing assistant operated through OpenAI) and to preferential postal rates. Once the Customer has validated a letter, the main stages are: (a) preparation of the order and of the file by Wizorg LTD; (b) printing, enveloping and franking of the letter by an independent postal fulfilment provider, currently Merci-Facteur; (c) handover of the letter to the postal operator, which carries and delivers it. The intervention of Wizorg LTD is limited to stage (a) and to the transmission of the order to the provider; carriage and delivery are performed by the postal operator and are outside Wizorg LTD's control. The content of each letter is written, chosen and validated by the Customer. The preferential rates are granted through the subscription.
1.5 Consumers and professionals. These T&C apply to Customers acting as consumers. Customers acting for professional purposes are subject to Article 16, which sets out the provisions that differ for them (in particular, no right of withdrawal and no consumer mediation). Where Article 16 provides nothing specific, these T&C apply to them to the extent compatible with their status.
2. PROVIDER'S COMMITMENTS
2.1 The Provider undertakes to make the Site accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of maintenance, breakdown, unforeseeable circumstances, connectivity issues, and in any case of force majeure. Where these events are beyond the Provider's reasonable control, its responsibility is not incurred for the resulting unavailability, without excluding any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
2.2 The application used by the Provider simply verifies the compliance of the sender's and recipient's addresses (presence of the 3 necessary pieces of information: address, postal code, and city). If a potential issue is detected (e.g., sender and recipient addresses are identical), the User will receive an email asking them to confirm the information or make corrections.
2.3 The Provider commits to strict confidentiality regarding the identity of its clients and their mail when preprocessed within the Provider and the application it operates. Access within the Provider is limited to authorised staff where strictly necessary for preparation or technical support. However, the Provider subsequently uses a postal fulfilment provider, currently Merci-Facteur, which prints the documents before sending them. During this phase, authorised personnel may access the User's mail only where strictly necessary to print, envelope, dispatch or resolve a technical incident, subject to contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. Despite these measures, the Provider cannot expressly guarantee that the User's mail will not be seen accidentally or due to technical necessity (paper jam, PDF generating errors in the automation application, etc.). Therefore, the Provider advises the User to assess the importance of their mail and refrain from sending documents using the Provider's Services if absolute confidentiality is required.
2.4 Wizorg LTD is an independent service and is not a subsidiary of, affiliated with or sponsored by Groupe La Poste. Postal printing, carriage and delivery are performed by independent postal providers.
3. PRICING, TERMS, AND DURATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
3.1 As indicated on the homepage and in the "Pricing" page of the website, the Services are offered through a subscription that is non-binding and can be canceled at any time.
3.2 The User's first letter order includes a free trial valid for 24 hours following successful payment confirmation, after the User has viewed the order summary and accepted these T&C. Unless cancelled before the end of this period, it converts automatically into the paid monthly subscription and the User can continue to access the subscription services.
3.3 The subscription price is €39.9 including VAT per month, deducted monthly.
3.4 The subscription is taken out for a first period of thirty (30) days starting at the end of the 24-hour trial period. Unless cancelled before the end of the current period, it is tacitly renewed for successive periods of thirty (30) days.
4. CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time without prior notice or associated charges. To do so, simply unsubscribe by sending an email to contact@courrierx.co, expressing your cancellation request or by visiting the following page : Unsubscribe
Cancellation takes effect immediately. Once the subscription is canceled, access to the subscription features and any unused subscription benefits stops immediately. The Company confirms receipt of the cancellation request within a reasonable timeframe using the contact details provided by the Customer.
Cancellation during the trial prevents its conversion into the paid subscription. After conversion, cancellation stops future renewals and access ends immediately, including during a period already paid. The termination of access does not call into question the payment of the current period: the amount paid or due for the period in progress remains payable and is not refunded, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal described in Article 5.
If a subscription payment fails, the Company may temporarily suspend access and will invite the Customer to update the payment method. If payment remains unsuccessful after notice, the subscription may be terminated without affecting any amount already due.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 A Customer acting as a consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract, i.e. from the validation of the order, to withdraw from it without giving any reason (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code). This right does not apply to Customers acting for professional purposes (see Article 16).
5.2 How to withdraw. The Customer can withdraw online, at any time during the withdrawal period, using the dedicated page "Withdraw from the contract here", available in the footer of the Site and in the customer area. The Customer may also send any unambiguous statement of withdrawal to contact@courrierx.co or by postal mail to: Wizorg LTD, Little Winters Farm Roundbush Road, Layer Marney, Colchester, CO5 9UR, England.
5.3 Immediate execution and loss of the right of withdrawal. At checkout, the Customer is asked to tick a separate box to expressly request that the service starts immediately, before the end of the 14-day period, and to acknowledge the possible consequences for the right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:
- the right of withdrawal is lost for a service that has been fully performed before the end of the 14-day period, for example a letter that has already been printed and handed over for dispatch;
- the continuous access to the platform and to the subscription features is not considered fully performed before the end of the 14-day period: the Customer keeps the right to withdraw from the subscription, and is only liable for an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the withdrawal (Article L221-25 of the Consumer Code).
5.4 Consequences of a withdrawal. When the Customer validly withdraws within 14 days:
- the 24-hour trial offer and the letters already printed or dispatched are not refunded, as the corresponding services have been performed at the Customer's request;
- the monthly subscription already charged is refunded pro rata temporis for the part of the period not yet elapsed, calculated as follows: monthly price paid × number of days remaining in the current 30-day period ÷ 30;
- letters ordered but not yet handed over to the postal fulfilment provider are refunded in full.
The refund is made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of the day on which Wizorg LTD is informed of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment as the initial transaction. The Customer's access to the subscription features stops as of the withdrawal.
5.5 Other refunds. Outside the right of withdrawal, Wizorg LTD may grant a refund or credit in specific cases, including technical failure, duplicate payment, or a confirmed error attributable to our platform, in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy. To submit a request, the Customer may contact Wizorg LTD by email at contact@courrierx.co, through the contact form, or by postal mail at the address above.
6. MAILING RATES AND OPTIONS
6.1 The use of the site allows for sending regular letters (standard mail), tracked letters, registered letters with acknowledgment of receipt within metropolitan France and internationally.
6.2 Letters are printed on white A4-size (21cm x 29.7cm) offset paper, either in black and white or color, as per choice. Printing can be done on one side of the page or on both sides without affecting the price. For letters weighing less than 20g, a maximum of 2 pages can be sent, while letters weighing less than 50g can contain a maximum of 8 pages.
6.3 The mailing rates for your letters are as follows and may be revised without prior notice in case of postal rate changes. Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).
6.4 A standard letter does not include postal tracking or proof of delivery. A tracked letter includes a tracking number and the tracking events made available by the postal provider. A registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt includes the available proof of deposit, tracking and acknowledgment of receipt supplied by the postal provider. Any delivery times shown during the order are indicative carrier estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines.
6.5 The crossed-out prices and the "-50%" mentions displayed on the Site are based on the average market price recorded in 2024 for an equivalent postal shipment. They are indicative reference prices, are fixed and are not updated. The preferential rates shown below are granted through the subscription; without a subscription, the prices displayed in the customer area without the "-50%" mention apply.
RATES WITH THE PLAN
Regular letter within metropolitan France:
- 1 sheet (2 pages) + black and white + postage: €1.5
Tracked letter within metropolitan France:
- 1 sheet (2 pages) + black and white + postage: €1.9
Registered letter within metropolitan France:
- 1 sheet (2 pages) + black and white + postage: €7.9
7. MAIL PROCESSING
7.1 Timely Mail Processing
If the mail is correctly prepared and without errors requiring User correction (examples: sender and recipient inversion, insufficient image resolution), and if the sending request is made no later than 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday, CET), Wizorg LTD aims to prepare it and submit it to the postal fulfilment provider on the same business day. Otherwise, preparation normally begins on the following business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
The 5:00 PM cut-off, based on Paris time (CET/CEST), concerns preparation by Wizorg LTD only and does not guarantee a postal delivery date. The priority option accelerates preparation but does not change the postal service or carrier delivery time.
7.2 User-Correctable Errors
In case of errors requiring User correction, the User is directly notified via email, requesting them to make the necessary corrections. If there is no response within thirty (30) days following the notification to the User, the User will be considered to have waived the sending.
7.3 Address Page
As part of our mail sending process, we include an address page containing essential information. This address page includes the sender's address provided during the sending request, their name, first name, and/or company name, the order reference, and the name of our website. Its primary purpose is to ensure clear identification of the sender upon receipt by the recipient. We take all necessary measures to ensure that the address page is correctly positioned inside the envelope, accompanying the letter or mail. The precise placement of the address page (first position) is chosen to ensure its visibility and facilitate identification during mail processing and delivery. Please note that the information provided by the User for the sender's address will be used exclusively for identification and mail delivery purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy.
It is important to emphasize that adding the address page aims to facilitate understanding and management of the document during distribution. However, it is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and complete information regarding their mail. We disclaim any responsibility in case of client failure to provide the necessary information for proper mail delivery.
7.4 Timeline for Deposit Proof and Access in the Client Space
We wish to inform our users that proof of deposit for registered mailings may not be immediately available. Our reliance on the postal fulfilment provider may result in a processing delay of approximately one week. Upon receipt of the deposit proof from that provider, it becomes accessible to users through a download link in their client space. We are dedicated to providing this deposit proof as swiftly as possible, ensuring transparency and traceability for mailings conducted via our platform.
7.5 Timeline for Obtaining the Postal Tracking Number
Users should be aware that the timeframe for obtaining the postal tracking number may vary due to internal procedures within postal services. Typically, this timeframe ranges from 1 to 4 business days. This delay does not imply that the mail hasn't been dispatched; instead, it pertains to the time it takes for postal services to assign tracking numbers. We commit to promptly make the tracking number available within the client space once provided by postal services. Our efforts are directed at minimizing this delay and ensuring swift tracking information updates.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 The User must have a functioning computer system capable of using the Site and a suitable internet connection.
8.2 The User commits to complying with relevant legal and regulatory provisions, including those concerning senders, recipients, and the content of mailings. Sending mail with unlawful or public order-violating content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, anonymous letters, threatening or offensive text, illustrations without proper rights, pornographic, racist, pedophilic, violent, or otherwise prohibited content as per laws and regulations. The Service Provider reserves the right to alert authorities if illegal content is detected in a letter.
8.3 Before confirming a shipment, the User should take necessary precautions. This includes selecting the delivery mode (standard, tracked, registered), adhering to specified mailing deadlines, verifying content and attachments, and confirming recipient identities and addresses.
8.4 Once mail is prepared, the User receives a proof to review, displaying the final printout. After User validation, the Service Provider bears no responsibility for inaccuracies or omissions in the content validated by the User.
8.5 Users must exercise caution when sending time-sensitive mail. In such cases, Users should inform the Service Provider, who may confirm the feasibility in writing. Otherwise, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for a missed deadline caused by the postal provider or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without affecting its own preparation obligations. The mailing date corresponds to the date the mail is handed over to the postal fulfilment provider, not the order date.
8.6 Consequently, the Client acknowledges that:
- Mail requests are generated solely by the Client and do not undergo any Service Provider review.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for delivery issues caused exclusively by inaccurate information supplied by the User, the postal provider or force majeure.
- The Service Provider is not liable for mail content potentially harming others, companies, organizations, or any other entity, or for illegal content.
8.7 API ACCESS AND USE
The API is accessible only through an authenticated Customer account using an API key generated in the customer area. The API key is personal to the Customer account and must be kept confidential. It must not be embedded in publicly accessible client-side code, published, transferred, shared with an unauthorised third party, or used to provide a competing or resale service without the Provider's prior written agreement.
The Customer is responsible for every request made with an API key associated with their account, including the accuracy of sender and recipient details, the legality of the documents submitted, the selected postal service, and any duplicate requests. Each request accepted by the API constitutes an instruction to process the corresponding mailing and is charged at the rates and with the options applicable when the request is submitted.
If an API key is lost, disclosed, or suspected of being compromised, the Customer must revoke it immediately from the customer area and inform the Provider. The Provider may revoke or suspend an API key to protect the Service, comply with the law, address a security risk, prevent abusive or excessive use, or respond to non-payment or a breach of these T&C.
The Provider may apply reasonable technical limits, update the API, or modify its documentation to maintain security, performance, or compatibility. The availability commitments and limitations stated in these T&C also apply to the API. The Customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate error handling, monitoring, backups, and controls within their own integration.
The API Conditions available on the page API Conditions also apply to the use of the API and form part of these T&C.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service Provider holds intellectual property rights over the Site's content. Users agree to reserve their rights for private, non-commercial use, subject to the rights granted by the Services. Copying, reproducing, modifying, or exploiting the Services or Site, in whole or in part, for any purpose, is expressly prohibited. Violations may lead to civil or criminal actions for intellectual property infringement.
10. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected from Clients undergoes computer processing by the Service Provider. This data is vital for order processing and is retained for security and compliance with legal obligations. It is kept for the duration necessary to execute orders and any applicable warranties.
The Service Provider acts as the data controller, and access to personal data is limited to authorized employees based on their duties. Third parties involved in subcontracted tasks may access data but are obligated to comply with data protection laws. Apart from these cases, the Service Provider refrains from sharing or selling data to third parties without Client consent, except in legitimate circumstances.
If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based, where required, on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. RESPONSIBILITIES
Wizorg LTD prepares the online order and uses Merci-Facteur, an independent third-party postal fulfilment provider, for printing, enveloping, dispatch and postal status updates. Neither Wizorg LTD nor Merci-Facteur is presented as a subsidiary of or affiliated with Groupe La Poste.
The Service Provider commits to delivering a high-quality service, especially concerning the verification of the compliance of emails sent by Clients before dispatch. However, it cannot guarantee flawless delivery of all postal mail due to various factors, including human errors, technical glitches, data entry mistakes, network issues, and delivery errors by third-party postal services.
Wizorg LTD, registered as Number 12553665 at Little Winters Farm Roundbush Road, Layer Marney, Colchester, CO5 9UR, England, shall not be held accountable for undelivered mail or delays in mail delivery caused exclusively by inaccurate information supplied by the Customer, a postal provider or an event of force majeure, without excluding any mandatory consumer remedy. It cannot be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from postal delivery issues not attributable to its own preparation obligations, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Additionally, we recommend Clients to keep copies of all electronic or postal emails, PDFs, and scans sent through our Services, as we cannot provide copies in case of loss or non-delivery.
The liability of Wizorg LTD is, to the extent permitted by applicable law, limited to the value of the purchased service. This limitation does not apply to an essential contractual obligation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. By utilizing our Services, the User acknowledges that Wizorg LTD cannot be held responsible for errors, delays, or postal mail delivery problems caused exclusively by inaccurate information supplied by the Customer, a postal provider or an event of force majeure.
If a failure attributable to Wizorg LTD occurs before handover to the postal fulfilment provider, the Customer may contact support so the order can be investigated and an appropriate remedy can be considered in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.
12. DISPUTE - APPLICABLE LAW
12.1 These online Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. A consumer may bring proceedings before the competent French courts or any other court competent under mandatory French or European consumer rules.
12.2 Articles L.611 to L.616 and R.612 to R.616 of the Consumer Code regulate the consumer mediation process following the transposition of European Directive No. 2013/11/EU of May 21, 2013, regarding alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
12.3 Consumer mediation refers to an out-of-court dispute resolution process in which a consumer and a professional attempt to amicably settle a dispute with the assistance of a third party, the mediator.
12.4 It is an alternative to often lengthy and costly legal action. However, the consumer still has the option to bring the matter to court if mediation fails.
12.5 Wizorg LTD has subscribed to the CM2C consumer mediation service. In accordance with the Consumer Code provisions relating to the consumer dispute mediation process, after contacting us and if the response provided does not satisfy you, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge through:

Email: litiges@cm2c.net
12.6 Furthermore, in case of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide all necessary evidence to your bank and/or payment service provider to confirm transactions and resolve the dispute appropriately.
13. ENQUIRIES - QUESTIONS - CUSTOMER SUPPORT
For any inquiries, uncertainties, or questions, the User can contact WIZORG LTD via email at the following address: contact@courrierx.co. Our customer service answers within forty-eight (48) business hours.
A complaint should include the Customer's name, account email, order reference, a clear description of the issue and any useful supporting document. Wizorg LTD undertakes to answer within forty-eight (48) business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and, if the file requires further investigation, to inform the Customer of the expected handling time. If the Customer is not satisfied with the answer, they may ask for the file to be reviewed by management by replying to the same email. If the dispute persists, the consumer may use the CM2C mediation procedure described in section 12.
14. PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION - CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
These Terms and Conditions are expressly agreed upon and accepted by the Client, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and, therefore, waives the right to rely on any contradictory documents, which will be unenforceable against Wizorg LTD, even if Wizorg LTD has knowledge of them.
15. CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE SENDING OF PDF DOCUMENTS
When it comes to online mailings, it is essential to understand that the 100% sending guarantee of compliant documents may be affected by certain factors, such as the presence of hidden elements in the PDF document or the flattening process of the document.
Flattening a PDF document is a process by which a commented or annotated document is prepared for distribution. Annotations and commented elements are merged with the main content of the document, effectively embedding these elements within the document itself.
However, flattening a document can lead to the loss of specific visual or interactive elements. For example, if your PDF document contains videos, clickable links, or other interactive elements, these may be lost or may no longer function after flattening.
Dynamic elements like drawings, attachments, text boxes, notes, stamps, layers, text annotations, forms, 3D objects, movies, redactions, or code may not be interpreted by our software. Therefore, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held responsible for alterations caused by unsupported dynamic elements in the source PDF, unless attributable to our own processing failure.
We strongly advise that when sending documents in PDF format, you consider the aforementioned points. It is recommended to carefully review your PDF document and, if possible, provide a version without dynamic elements.
16. PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS
16.1 This Article applies to any Customer acting for purposes related to their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity, including Customers using the API. When ordering as a professional (option "I am a professional" in the sending form), the Customer declares that the Service is purchased for the needs of their activity and provides their company name. Wizorg LTD may ask for additional information to check professional status, such as the SIREN/SIRET number, the professional address or the intra-Community VAT number.
16.2 The provisions protecting consumers do not apply to professional Customers, in particular the right of withdrawal (Article 5) and consumer mediation (Articles 12.2 to 12.5). The subscription may be cancelled as described in Article 4.
16.3 The limitation of liability described in Article 11 applies to professional Customers. To the extent permitted by law, Wizorg LTD is not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, turnover, clients or business opportunities.
16.4 Any dispute with a professional Customer is governed by French law and falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
16.5 Professional Customers using the API are also bound by the API Conditions.
17. STATUS OF THIS TERMS AND SERVICES
These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 2026-09-30. We reserve the right to modify them at any time to keep the contractual information up to date.
